The website

The information on this website, including statutory due dates, is general information and not professional advice for your particular case. Due dates can change by government notification. Please contact us before acting on it.

Software

• Access is given to the users an organisation authorises, who must keep their sign-in details confidential.
• Each organisation owns the data it enters, and is responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to use it.
• The software must not be used unlawfully, to interfere with its security, or to access data you are not authorised to see.
• Professional services, software subscriptions, fees and service levels are governed by the quotation or agreement for that engagement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep our services available and secure, and to keep regular backups, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur have jurisdiction.
