This policy explains what information TW Advisors ("we", "us") collects through this website (www.twadvisors.in), our practice management system and our software products (Kilomint, ThinkWrite Books and ThinkWrite LMS), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Enquiries. When you contact us or request a demo, the details you choose to send - such as your name, company, phone number and message - reach us by email or WhatsApp. The website itself does not store them.
• Client and engagement records. For clients of our practice, the information needed to provide our services, such as contact details, registration numbers, documents, tasks, financial records and billing.
• Account information. For people who sign in to our systems, their name, email, role and a record of actions taken, kept for security and audit purposes.
• Technical information. Basic information your browser sends, such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the website working and secure. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use information

We use information only to respond to enquiries, provide and bill for our professional services and software, meet our legal and professional obligations, keep our systems secure, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

Our practice management system can save its backups to a Google Drive account that an administrator connects. It asks Google only for permission to create files and to manage the files it has created (the drive.file scope), plus the email address of the connected account so the administrator can see which account is in use. It does not read, change or delete any other files in the Drive.

The backup files are written to a folder named "TW Advisors MIS backups", and older backups are moved to the Drive bin after the period the administrator sets. The access token is stored encrypted and can be removed at any time with "Disconnect" in the system, or from the Google account's security settings.

TW Advisors' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not shared with anyone else, not used for advertising, and not used to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that host and run our systems (for example our database and website hosting providers), with government portals and authorities when filing on a client's instructions or when the law requires it, and otherwise only with your consent.

Security and retention

Information is held with reputable hosting providers, protected by access controls, and sensitive items such as portal passwords are stored encrypted. We keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and professional record-keeping requirements.
